How do I get my pick after I pay with my Credit Card?
After you make your purchase at our Credit Card processor, you will be returned to the Rincon Hosting Inc. website and your pick(s) will be displayed. We will NOT send an email as we previously have done.
What happens if I don't see my pick?
Please send an email to Support at Carlos@CarlosPicks.com and we will get you your pick. If you do not recieve an answer back from us, please check your spam folders. Also, please add Carlos@CarlosPicks.com to your spam filter whitelist to insure that you recieve our emails.
Are your picks Guaranteed?
Yes, our individual and multiple pick package picks are guaranteed. If your pick is not a winner, you will be given the opportunity to select another pick of the same value for FREE! In the case of multiple pick packs, we guarantee 50% winners or more or we will replace your losing pick package with a pick package of equal value for FREE! In the unlikley event that your replacement packages doesn't have 50% or more winners, we will also replace that pick package for free. For subscription, season buys or any other special packages the guarantee is not applicable.
How do you define a losing pick package?
A losing pick package is defined as one that has more losers than winners based on closing odds posted on our website.
